Where can I place my order?
You can place your order online only.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds, all sales are final.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake our my behalf, in that case, a refunds will only be accepted if the lace is still attached. (Must be within 48 hours of purchasing, after that we cannot honor a refund)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I ordered the wrong size cap - what do I do?
We are not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head.

Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, you can expedite your order for a flat rate fee of $250
What carrier is my order shipped with?
UPS or Fedex
Can I arrange a pick up time for my order?
Yes, local pickup is always available.
What is the normal processing time for orders?
Please allow 21-30 business days on all preordered units. If units are ready to ship they will be shipped out within 2-5 business days.
(Sat-Mon) are not included in processing time
Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Processing time is the time it takes for WBJ to prepare your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it. Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However, keep in mind that processing tend to fluctuate based on the season.
How many bundles come in your wigs?
Our units consist of 3,4 or 5 bundles depending on the length of your hair.
What is a ready to ship wig?
A ready to ship wig is a unit that is on hand and ready to be shipped/picked up.
Are your wigs glueless?
All units can be worn glueless. Elastic bands are added to all closure units for extra security. However, frontal units may require adhesive.
Do your wigs come fully customized?
All wigs are fully customized, styled, and ready to wear upon arrival. Everything is already done for you!
Lace can be cut upon request.
Can I ship my hair to you to get a wig made?
Yes, you can ship your hair to me but you are responsible for any shipping fees. Once the unit is complete it will be shipped back to you at no extra cost.
How long do your units last?
With proper care and maintenance, your unit can last 2+ years.
Regular washing/conditioning is highly recommended, its a must that you take care of your investment properly to increase the longevity of your unit
Does the unit have to be professionally installed.
No, our units are very beginner friendly. They come completely styled and customized for you. All wigs are constructed with an elastic band to ensure no adhesives are required (Clueless)
What is a custom wig?
Custom wigs are machine wefted and individually customized based off your head measurements. Custom units are not one size fits all.
Do you offer wig making classes?
We currently do not offer in-person wig making classes but we do have online courses showcasing our techniques
